Overview
At CuteHall.com, your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 15-day refund and return policy.
If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable & Exempt Items
Certain types of products cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
Intimate or sanitary products (e.g., undergarments, personal care items)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Downloadable software or digital products
Gift cards
Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted:
Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CDs, DVDs, video games, or software
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Items returned after 15 days of delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email that we’ve received your returned item. You’ll also be informed whether your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund appears.
Then contact your bank – processing times can vary.
If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@cutehall.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at support@cutehall.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once your returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed or mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had it shipped to themselves to give to you later, we’ll send the refund to the gift giver.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your total refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
